Ingredients
- 1 fresh Egg yolk
- 60 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 30 mlYoghurt liqueur
- 15 mlPedro Ximénez sherry
- 3 dropAromatic bitters
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)

BEAT egg yolk with sugar in base of shaker.

Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
