Ingredients
- 40 mlCognac (brandy)
- 20 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 10 mlVermouth alla vaniglia
- 5 mlCinnamon syrup
- 2 dashChocolate bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and square of dark chocolate.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with dark chocolate.
