- 60 mlReposado tequila
- 30 mlPineapple juice
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 15 mlHoney and water syrup
- 5 grind Black pepper
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge and black pepper.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with pineapple wedge dusted with black pepper placed on the rim.
