Ingredients
- 12 fresh Mint leaves
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 30 mlLime juice
- 60 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 3 dashAromatic bitters
- Top up with Brut sparkling wine
Method
- 1MUDDLE mint in glass with sugar and lime juice.
- 2Fill glass with crushed ice, add rum, Angostura and champagne, then stir.
