Ingredients
- 60 mlGin
- 30 mlLychee liqueur
- 15 mlLime juice
- 60 mlSoda (club soda) water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a FIZZ OR HIGHBALL (8OZ TO 10OZ) GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of length of lime zest string.
- 3SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.
- 5Garnish with lime zest string inside glass.
