- 15 mlLychee liqueur
- 15 mlElderflower liqueur
- 15 mlManzanilla sherry
- 15 mlLime juice
- 1 dashCreole bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered, peeled and destoned lychee (fresh or from tin).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
