- 40 mlAmaro (e.g. Montenegro)
- 40 mlMezcal
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange (or lime) zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange (or lime) zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
