Ingredients
- 60 mlAged agricole rhum
- 15 mlCréole Shrubb liqueur
- 3 dashCocoa bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and grated nutmeg.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
