Ingredients
- 50 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 7.5 mlLime juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 1 dashAbsinthe

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and absinthe (to dash over cocktail in addition to the absinthe shaken with other ingredients).

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.

FLOAT dash of absinthe.
