- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of serve with a madeleine cake.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 4DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
