  • 22.5 mlPeach liqueur
  • 15 mlLemon juice
  • 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
  • 2 dashAromatic bitters
  • 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method

    Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of dehydrated apple slice and dehydrated raspberry dust.

    SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  4. 4
    DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
  5. 5
    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  6. 6
    Garnish with apple slice dusted with powdered raspberry.
