Ingredients
- 60 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 15 mlOrange Curaçao
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 10 mlOrgeat syrup
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 5 mlDark/black rum
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of half spent lime shell, mint sprigs and fruit stick (skewered pineapple cubes and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
- 5Optionally, FLOAT dark rum.
- 6Garnish with lime husk, mint sprigs bouquet and fruit stick.
