Ingredients
- 60 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 15 mlOrange Curaçao
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 10 mlOrgeat syrup
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 5 mlDark/black rum

Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

Prepare garnish of half spent lime shell, mint sprigs and fruit stick (skewered pineapple cubes and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry).

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Optionally, FLOAT dark rum.

Garnish with lime husk, mint sprigs bouquet and fruit stick.
