Ingredients
- 12 fresh Mint leaves
- 60 mlLight white rum
- 30 mlTriple sec
- 30 mlPineapple juice
- 7.5 mlLemon juice
- 7.5 mlLime juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)

Select and pre-chill a SLING GLASS.

Prepare mint sprigs for garnish.

Gently MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).

Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.

FINE STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.

Serve with a straw.
