- 30 mlMango liqueur
- 10 mlPeated malt whisky
- 10 mlGinger liqueur
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 6 dropGinger bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of mango wedge.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with mango wedge on rim.
