- 45 mlBrut sparkling wine
- 50 mlMango liqueur
- 60 mlBrut sparkling wine
Method
- 1Select a FLUTE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of mango wedge.
- 3POUR first 2 ingredients into chilled glass and briefly stir.
- 4POUR the rest of the sparkling wine into glass.
- 5Garnish with mango wedge on rim.
