- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a SOUR OR MARTINI/COUPETTE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered dried mango slice.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with mango slice.
