Ingredients
- 15 mlOrange juice
- 7.5 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlMaple syrup
- 3 dashAromatic bitters
- 1⁄2 slice Orange (fresh)
- 60 mlBourbon whiskey
- 30 mlSoda (club soda) water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- 3POUR first 4 ingredients into glass and add half orange slice.
- 4MUDDLE orange slice.
- 5Add bourbon and soda.
- 6Fill glass with ice and briefly stir.
- 7EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
- 8Garnish with skewered maraschino cherries.
