Ingredients
- 60 mlCalvados apple brandy
- 20 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and apple slice/wedge or dehydrated apple slice.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with apple slice/wedge on the rim, or float dehydrated apple slice.
