Ingredients
- 60 mlCalvados apple brandy
- 20 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
Method

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and apple slice/wedge or dehydrated apple slice.

STIR all ingredients with ice.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.

Garnish with apple slice/wedge on the rim, or float dehydrated apple slice.
