- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 1.25 mlWhite balsamic
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist expressed and discarded. Adorn with a skewered Fragata Green Olive.
