- 50 mlEverleaf Marine
- 15 mlLime juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 10 fresh Mint leaves
- 25 mlSoda (club soda) water

POUR first 4 ingredients into glass half filled with crushed ice.

Churn with a spoon to mix ingredients and bruise the mint leaves.

Fill glass with more crushed ice and top with soda.
