Ingredients
- 60 mlScotch whisky
- 15 mlBlackcurrant syrup
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 1.25 mlAbsinthe
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of blackcurrants or blackberry.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish with skewered blackberries or blackcurrant on rim.
