Ingredients
- 12 fresh Mint leaves
- 30 mlLight white rum
- 45 mlMastiha liqueur
- 22.5 mlLime juice
Method
- 1SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
- 2CHURN (stir) with bar spoon.
- 3Fill glass with more crushed ice and CHURN some more.
- 4Keep adding ice and churning until drink fills glass.
- 5Serve with straws.
