- 20 mlOrgeat syrup
- 120 mlChilled water

POUR absinthe and almond syrup into glass.

Ideally, serve iced water separately in a small jug (known in France as a 'broc') so the customer can dilute to their own taste.

Lastly, add ice to fill the glass.
