- 30 mlAmaro (e.g. Montenegro)
- 30 mlRosolio Bergamotto
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass. (Better over good cubed ice than block ice.).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
