- 5 mlAmbrato vermouth
- 2.5 mlFino sherry

Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist (expressed and discarded) and skewered Fragata Green Olive.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
