- 45 mlBourbon whiskey
- 15 mlBecherovka liqueur
- 15 mlChartreuse Yellow
- 7.5 mlApricot liqueur
- 1 dashOrange bitters
- 10 mlChilled water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and small mint leaf.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with small mint leaf floated on surface.
