Ingredients
- 60 mlLight white rum
- 15 mlTriple sec
- 7.5 mlOrgeat syrup
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime wedge, mint sprigs and stirrer (preferably a Menehune stirrer).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with lime wedge, mint sprigs bouquet and stirrer.
- 6Serve with a straw.
