Ingredients
- 45 mlSloe gin liqueur
- 30 mlLemon juice
- 30 mlOrange juice
- 1 barspoonPowdered sugar
- 1⁄2 fresh Egg white
- 90 mlSoda (club soda) water
Method
- 1SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 2DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into chilled glass (no ice).
- 3TOP with soda.
