- 8 fresh Green grapes (seedless)
- 45 mlBlanco tequila
- 20 mlApple juice
- 20 mlLime juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of 3 skewered green grapes.
- 3MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker.
- 4Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6Garnish with skewered grapes.
