Ingredients
- 50 mlMezcal
- 15 mlPassionfruit liqueur
- 15 mlVanilla sugar syrup
- 15 mlPassion fruit purée
- 15 mlLime juice
- 60 mlBrut sparkling wine
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of half a fresh passion fruit.
- 3SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Optionally, separately POUR the sparkling wine into a chilled shot glass to serve alongside the cocktail.
