Ingredients
- 45 mlOak aged gin
- 10 mlFernet liqueur
- 10 mlVermouth alla vaniglia
- 90 mlTonic water

Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.

Prepare garnish of orange zest twist, cinnamon stick and star anise.

STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring tonic water.

EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
