Ingredients
- 45 mlOak aged gin
- 10 mlFernet liqueur
- 10 mlVermouth alla vaniglia
- 90 mlTonic water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist, cinnamon stick and star anise.
- 3STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring tonic water.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
- 6Garnish with cinnamon stick and star anise.
