Ingredients
- 45 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 22.5 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 15 mlAmaro (e.g. Ramazzotti)
- 7.5 mlOrange Curaçao
- 1 dashCreole bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 4Briefly STIR.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
