Ingredients
- 1 barspoonOrange marmalade
- 30 mlGin
- 5 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 45 mlProsecco
Method
- 1STIR marmalade with gin, bitter liqueur and lemon juice in base of shaker to dissolve the marmalade.
- 2SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- 3TOP with sparkling wine.
