Ingredients
- 45 mlBourbon whiskey
- 15 mlOrange Curaçao
- 5 mlRaspberry syrup
- 5 mlLemon juice
- 3 dashAbsinthe
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 2DRY SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
