- 45 mlBrut sparkling wine
- 90 mlOrange juice
- 45 mlBrut sparkling wine
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a GOBLET GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of an orange zest twist and orange slice wheel.
- 3POUR first half of the sparkling wine and orange juice into ice-filled glass.
- 4Briefly STIR.
- 5TOP with the rest of the sparkling wine.
- 6EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 7Garnish with orange slice wheel.
