- 25 mlCognac (brandy)
- 25 mlMince pie liqueur
- 25 mlAdvocaat liqueur
- 5 mlVanilla sugar syrup
- 5 mlApple juice
- 5 mlPedro Ximénez sherry

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.

Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

POUR sherry into the centre of the cocktail (it will sink to form a dark base).

Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
