Ingredients
- 25 mlCognac (brandy)
- 25 mlMince pie liqueur
- 25 mlAdvocaat liqueur
- 5 mlVanilla sugar syrup
- 5 mlApple juice
- 5 mlPedro Ximénez sherry
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.
- 3SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5POUR sherry into the centre of the cocktail (it will sink to form a dark base).
- 6Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
