  • 25 mlMince pie liqueur
  • 25 mlAdvocaat liqueur
  • 5 mlVanilla sugar syrup
  • 5 mlApple juice
  • 5 mlPedro Ximénez sherry

    Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.

    SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.

    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

    POUR sherry into the centre of the cocktail (it will sink to form a dark base).

    Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
