- 1 barspoonMincemeat
- 30 mlApple juice
- 15 mlWhipping cream
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare cinnamon powder for garnish.
- 3SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Shake or whip cream to aerate then carefully pour to FLOAT on the surface of the cocktail.
