  • 6 fresh Mint leaves
  • 50 mlLight white rum
  • 15 mlLime juice
  • 15 mlHoney and water syrup

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of mint leaf mint sprig tip.

    Gently MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).

    Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.

    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

    Garnish with mint leaf of mint sprig tip floated in centre of cocktail.
