Ingredients
- 12 fresh Mint leaves
- 70 mlBourbon whiskey
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 2 dashAromatic bitters

Select and pre-chill a JULEP TIN.

Prepare garnish of mint sprigs and icing sugar.

Gently MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).

Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.

FINE STRAIN into glass (or julep cup) filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet dusted with icing sugar.
