- 30 mlApple juice
- 22.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- Top up with Lemon-lime soda

Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.

Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

Lightly MUDDLE (just to bruise) mint in base of shaker.

Add next 3 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.

FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

TOP with lemonade and briefly stir.
