Ingredients
- 30 mlPeated malt whisky
- 25 mlElderflower liqueur
- 15 mlScotch whisky
- 15 mlGentian liqueur
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 45 mlSoda (club soda) water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel (dehydrated).
- 3SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.
- 5Garnish with lemon slice wheel.
