Ingredients
- 45 mlScotch whisky
- 20 mlPeated malt whisky
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 5 mlLemon juice
- 8 dropGinger bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare atomizer of peated whisky.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5MIST with 3 sprays of peated whisky.
