  • 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
  • 5 mlLemon juice
  • 8 dropGinger bitters
  • 3 dropSaline solution 4:1

    Prepare atomizer of peated whisky.

    STIR all ingredients with ice.

    STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

    MIST with 3 sprays of peated whisky.
