- 10 mlDry vermouth
- 5 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
- 2.5 mlPeated malt whisky
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of spray a mist of peated and lemon zest twist expressed and discarded and garnished with a skewered black olive.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
