Ingredients
- 12 fresh Mint leaves
- 60 mlVodka
- 15 mlLime juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- Top up with Soda (club soda) water
Method
- 1Lightly MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of shaker.
- 2Add next 3 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
- 3TOP with soda, lightly stir and serve with straws.
