- 50 mlLight gold rum 1-3yo
- 20 mlLime juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 5 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 5 mlChilled water
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
- 2.5 mlFramboise eau-de-vie
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- 3SHAKE first 5 or 6 ingredients (all but raspberry eau de vie) with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5FLOAT eau-de-vie.
- 6Garnish with maraschino cherry dopped into cocktail.
