Ingredients
- 1 fresh Passion fruit
- 60 mlVodka
- 15 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 60 mlApple juice
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Cut passion fruit in half and scoop the flesh into shaker.
- 2Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
