  • 3 dashGrapefruit bitters
  • 2 dashOrange flower water
  • 25 mlGrand Marnier
  • 90 mlBrut sparkling wine

    Select a FLUTE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and quarter orange slice wheel.

    DROP sugar cube into glass and soak with dashes of grapefruit bitters and orange flower water.

    POUR liqueur over soaked sugar cube.

    TOP with sparkling wine.

    EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
  7. 7
    Garnish with quarter orange slice on rim.
