- 60 mlBourbon whiskey
- 10 mlPeach liqueur
- 20 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlMaple syrup
- 5 mlGinger syrup
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered crystallised ginger.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN back into shaker.
- 5DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- 6FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 7Garnish with skewered crystallised ginger.
