Ingredients
- 8 fresh Raspberries
- 60 mlBourbon whiskey
- 30 mlRaspberry liqueur
- 7.5 mlLemon juice
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- Top up with Soda (club soda) water
Method
- 1MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.
- 2Add next four ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
- 3TOP with soda, lightly stir and serve with straws.
