- 1 barspoonFennel seeds
- 1 barspoonPowdered sugar
- 20 mlLime juice
- 50 mlLight white rum
- 10 mlGalliano liqueur
- 15 mlDark crème de cacao
Method
- 1MUDDLE fennel seeds in the base of shaker.
- 2Add lime juice and powdered sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- 3Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
